Stair tower Gangelt

Stair tower systems and escape stairs in Kreis Heinsberg

Stair towers for Gangelt: the safe way up

A stair tower carries people, tools and material to every level without a ladder and without a detour. Anton Muckel Gerüstbau builds stair tower systems and escape stairs for sites in Gangelt, erects them with its own fleet and collects them again at the end.

A short form. A phone call works just as well.

What we put up for your site

The access and the scaffold it hangs on come from one company. That saves you coordinating two firms and keeps the responsibility in one place.

  1. 01

    Stair tower systems

The fixed access for the build. A stair tower stands beside the building or inside the scaffold and links the levels so that every trade gets up and down with tools in hand.

  2. 02

    Escape stairs

When the existing staircase is being rebuilt, an escape stair made of scaffold components keeps the way out open for as long as work continues.

  3. 03

    Façade scaffolds

A stair tower usually belongs to a scaffold. Façade scaffolds, room scaffolds and modular scaffolds come from the same stock, so the access and the working deck fit together.

  4. 04

    Special structures

Where the standard does not fit, it gets planned: heavy duty scaffolds, industrial scaffolds, roofing over, stage building and special structures are all part of what this company does.

Also part of the range

  • Room scaffolds
  • Suspended scaffolds
  • Mobile towers
  • Modular scaffolds
  • Heavy duty scaffolds
  • Industrial scaffolds
  • Roofing over
  • Stage building

Tell us what is needed. We will come and look at the spot.

Sheet 02 Where

When a stair tower is the right answer

As soon as several trades have to reach the same level, the ladder becomes the bottleneck. These four cases bring the stair tower onto the site again and again.

01

Façade refurbishment

Render, paint, insulation: the scaffold is there anyway. The stair tower makes the climb reasonable for every trade and every delivery of material.

02

Shell and additional storey

While the solid staircase is missing, the stair tower keeps the routes short and separates the way people walk from the way material travels.

03

Industry and inspection

In halls and on plant, a stair leads to places where a ladder is no longer an option for a route walked again and again.

04

Work in an occupied building

If the existing staircase is closed off, an escape stair keeps the way out open without blocking the programme.

Not sure what your site needs? Just ask.

Sheet 03 Process

From the call to the dismantling

Five steps that run the same way on every job, so you know in advance who is on your site and when.

  1. 01

    Enquiry

You describe the job: what is happening, where it stands and from when the access is needed.

  2. 02

    Survey on site

We look at the spot: the ground, the room beside the building, the connection to the scaffold and the approach for the lorry.

  3. 03

    Quotation

You get a quotation for erection, hire period and dismantling before any material arrives on site.

  4. 04

    Erection

Our own crew builds it. The lorry with loading crane and the telehandler come along where the spot calls for them.

  5. 05

    Hire period and dismantling

The tower stays up for as long as it is needed. At the end we collect every component again.

It is handed over when the access is finished. Anything that comes up in between is settled on site.

Arrange a date for the survey.

Sheet 04 Equipment

The equipment that comes with it

A scaffold needs the machinery that gets material to its place. Anton Muckel Gerüstbau also hires that out on its own.

Hoists and lifts

Hire of lifts with and without passenger transport, matched to the height and to the task.

Telehandlers

Telehandlers with a range of attachments, for loads that can no longer be moved by hand.

Lorry with loading crane

Lorry with loading crane and container body, for delivery and removal in one run.

Hire periods and terms are agreed individually for each project.

Ask about equipment for your project.
